If you schedule through Grow Therapy or Rula, your information is also subject to the privacy policies of those platforms. Each platform manages credentialing, billing, and the secure storage of session information. Please review their respective policies for the details of how they handle your data.

Telehealth and Confidentiality

All sessions are conducted via HIPAA-compliant video platforms. Session content is confidential and protected by state and federal law, with the limited exceptions required by mandatory reporting laws, court orders, and risk of harm to self or others. The full informed consent document, which you will receive before your first session, describes these exceptions in detail.

Email Communication

Email is not a fully secure form of communication. While we take care to protect your information, please do not share sensitive clinical information by email. For clinical communication, the secure portals of Grow Therapy and Rula are preferred.
